Growing Creativity Through Art in Action
How many students get the chance to discover a new form of self expression, one that builds confidence, culture, and critical thinking all at once? Through Growing Creativity Through Art, Jenks students from PreK through 11th grade explore the arts in ways that go far beyond a single class period. Students build discipline specific skills and literacy, develop an appreciation for cultural diversity, and strengthen the kind of creative thinking that shapes how they solve problems for the rest of their lives. It is an experience that turns creativity into a lifelong skill, not just a passing activity.
